An amendment which will functionally zones out these stores in Cleveland Township becomes effective July 10.
The Cleveland Township Board recently adopted an amendment to Section 8.05 in the Business I and Business II districts, limiting lot coverage to 50% and the maximum size of non-residential buildings at 5,000 square feet.
