Hiking in SBDNL is what dreams are made of

Hiking in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is endless, with roughly 100 miles of trails to explore in the wonders of Leelanau and Benzie Counties.

The most popular trail in the park, the Pierce Stocking Drive, recently had its famous boardwalk removed due to erosion.

The park is working on installing better signage, including outdoor exhibits, where the platform stood.
