9:17 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Found rubber raft. Unknown location per caller. Individual is towing boat to Suttons Bay Marina.
9:40 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller has shortterm rentals. House cleaner took linens. Refuses to return them.
10:02 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller has been unable to reach his wife for 12 hours. (Contact made by law enforcement. Passed along the message.)
10:29 a.m. — Elmwood Township — A lot of drivers speed on Cherry Bend Road near Elk Run and Orchard Creek. Requests additional patrols.
10:36 a.m. — Leland Township — Man in white Buick tailgated caller all the way from O’Brien Road into Lake Leelanau.
12:54 p.m. — Leland Township — Large pontoon boat has been in lake off Juniper Trail for three nights.
5:06 p.m. — Solon Township — Dog in white Toyota Tundra. Windows are cracked. Not in distress but… 6:07 p.m. — Kasson Township — White truck all over the road. Nearly hit a car and mailbox in Maple City.
7:14 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Possible drunk driver left Glen Lake boat launch and was going over the Narrows toward Benzonia Trail.
9:41 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller got locked in the public restroom and cannot get the door open. (Caller back and advised he was able to get out of the bathroom.)
9:53 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller lost his rental key fob for a white Jeep Compass.
Thursday, July 3
1:06 a.m. — Empire Township — Suspicious vehicle. (Car will
be moving along per law enforcement.)
9:26 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Subject with 102 temperature requests evacuation from S. Manitou. Park Service boat responded and transported the family to Leland and then to the emergency room.
11:44 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller thought she heard domestic violence in the room.
11:53 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller charted a sailing boat. Parked the car in lot across the street. Missing suitcase. (Caller called back stating the suitcase has been located on the boat.)
12:58 p.m. — Leland Township — Boater off Leelanau County with mechanical issues. (Coast Guard responded and will escort the vessel to Northport for repairs.)
3:56 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller is stuck halfway between the top and bottom of the dunes. Patient declines assistance. Now says he’s OK and thinks he can make it up. (Caller encouraged to call back if he should need assistance.)
5:53 p.m. — Empire Township — Heated argument with another individual about double parking at this location.
8:04 p.m. — Leland Township — Lime green pontoon came very close to hitting caller’s daughter while she was wakesurfing.
8:16 p.m. — Bingham Township — Domestic.
9:04 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — String of Corvettes going back and forth on M-22. Speeding.
11:25 p.m. — Centerville Township — Black Chevy was tailgating caller then passed on double-yellow line then slammed on the brakes.
11:37 p.m. — Solon Township — Truck clipped caller when trying to pass on M-72.
Friday, July 4
12:05 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Truck was traveling north on Co. Rd. 641 in the wrong lane. Caller had to swerve off the road to avoid collision.
2:25 a.m. — Empire Township — Tip that subject is being abused by caller’s boyfriend.
2:08 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller found an elderly woman in the street. She doesn’t know where she lives.
5:08 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Northbound on M-22. Vehicle behind caller is swerving all over the roadway. Currently straddling middle lane. Sobriety test administered. Driver arrested for operating while intoxicated.
5:09 p.m. — Leland Township — Caller has not spoken to subject since Wednesday. Would like a welfare check because she is not answering her phone.
10:34 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Employee from marina reports four young boys launched a dinghy. Caller is concerned as they didn’t have life jackets on and it is very dark.
11:22 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Parties at marina are involved in a domestic situation. Saturday, July 5 9:35 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller wants subject trespassed. He is at the boat launch and refuses to pay.
1:10 p.m. — Leland Township — Someone took bicycle out of caller’s yard.
2:58 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — People coming onto deck, removing furniture and placing it on the beach. Caller has camera footage. Also reports damage to one of the chairs.
3:05 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Adult son is screaming.
3:07 p.m. — Kasson Township — Dark gray LandRover almost hit two other vehicle swerving Went onto the shoulder.
6:27 p.m. — Leland Township — Subject flipping off cars. Law enforcement made contact. No crime committed. But officer trying to get him back where he resides.
7:01 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Tan Honda CR-V trying to launch their boat. Getting harassed about putting their boat in.
10:15 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Someone is launching fireworks on dunes and driving through Pierce Stocking Drive.
10:21 p.m. — Kasson Township — White, late model Audi, tried to run driver off the road. Swerved into caller.
10:22 p.m. — Bingham Township — Caller passed a black truck that was going slow in northbound lane on M-22. Driver made a rude gesture and cut back in front of caller.
Sunday, July 6
3:18 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Domestic. Female party taken into custody.
5:13 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Disorderly male banging on all the windows. Trying to get into doors.
6:40: p.m. — Leelanau Township — Two cars started doing donuts and kicked up rocks and shattered caller’s window.
7:54 p.m. — Bingham Township — Someone has been shooting fireworks off at a residence for the last hour. Subjects were advised to stop shooting off fireworks.
8:08 p.m. — Bingham Township — Family trouble.
8:21 p.m. — Bingham Township — Subject on the phone is not making much sense. When asked if he had an emergency he said I don’t know then said he was fine.
8:42 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Car running on this road. Maleasleepinthefront seat. Cannot get him to response. Patient walking away from vehicle. One in custody.
9:03 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller and his wife are having a domestic dispute.
Monday, July 7
8:26 a.m. — Kasson Township — Vehicle was speeding between Cedar and Maple City. Followed him to the Glen Lake School parking lot.
11:25 a.m. — Solon Township — Neighbor’s dog charged at the nephew.
11:55 a.m. — Bingham Township — Caller driving south on Co. Rd. 644. Bear came out of east. Bear is no longer there. Vehicle has a flat tire. Hit wheel of vehicle.
2:15 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller’s son was attacked by dogs.
3:27 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is a victim of false allegations. Investigation and report by Michigan State Police.
3:32 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Caller owns a rental at this address. Renters are complaining about noise.
4:56 p.m. — Bingham Township — Boat washed up on caller’s shore.
7:59 p.m. — Leland Township — Blue Escape going too fast, northbound on M-22.
8:24 p.m. — Leland Township — Blue Audi coupe going in and out of lanes.
8:28 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller cannot get a hold of friend.
