United Way of Northwest Michigan (UWNWMI) is officially open for nonprofit organizations to submit their volunteer project needs for the highly anticipated Annual Day of Caring.
This year’s flagship event is scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025, though nonprofits have the flexibility to post projects that can span the entire week from Sunday, September 14, to Saturday, September 20, 2025.
The Annual Day of Caring is a cornerstone initiative for United Way of Northwest Michigan, uniting hundreds of corporate and individual volunteers with local community projects that address critical needs across the region. It’s a powerful demonstration of collective impact, transforming communities through hands-on service.
