Leelanau Peninsula, a breathtaking land where vineyard laced hills and vast orchards meet Lake Michigan, has consistently served as a muse for artists embracing the timeless art of “plein air” painting. This year, the peninsula is hosting a vibrant line up of plein air events that invite artists and spectators alike to experience creativity unfolding against some of Michigan’s most stunning landscapes.

Northport

Artists will travel to the top of the peninsula this weekend to paint in the Northport Art Association’s (NAA) plein air event.
