After over 130 people died tragically during a flood in Texas Hill Country earlier this month, the Bean and Morio families wanted to do something, anything to help.
The Lake Leelanau families on Herman Road settled on a farmers market called “Holler Goods” over the weekend, with all proceeds going to support Texas families.
“Our mom told us about it, and we wanted to help them out,” Hazel Bean said, and Adeline Bean added. “We made bracelets and candy bars.”
