Early childhood center raises over 100K

Annual Leelanau Grown Feast; Fundraiser generates critical funding for tuition assistance program The Leelanau Children Center (LCC) raised $100,220 at its annual Leelanau Grown Feast Fundraiser on July 22nd, with over 200 community members gathering at Aurora Vineyards to support early childhood education accessibility in the region.

The funds will directly support financial aid program, which provides tuition assistance to all enrolled students, ensuring quality pre-K education remains accessible to families regardless of their economic circumstances.

Guests experienced a farm-totable culinary journey by Sugar to Salt catering, paired with award-winning wines from Aurora Cellars, craft cocktails by Tonic and Lime Bartending, and locally brewed beer from Arbor Brewing Company.
