Voter reform needed

As We the People prepare to celebrate the 250th year of our United States, we have moved beyond a constitutional crisis, a specific challenge to the constitutional order, into the state of a constitutional failure given we are experiencing a systemic breakdown under the abusive application of Unitary Executive Theory.

Unitary Executive Theory (UET) represents a powerful force for executive centralization which actively undermines the carefully constructed balance of power in the U.S. Constitution.
