My summer has been going fast and furious. We wish you and your family our best wishes to soak up every last bit of the summer as we enter the swan song that is August in Leelanau. So short, so fleeting, but so sweet. Jump in, the water is perfect.
Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had the chance to travel out to the South Fox Island Light Station, fish off of Frankfort, and swim in the waters that always give me another breath of life after the dog days of summer.
Earlier this month, I had the opportunity to go salmon fishing with the Northwest Michigan Fishing Club.
