Over the weekend, painters from all corners of the state and beyond came together in Glen Arbor for the Glen Arbor Arts Center Plein Air Weekend. The weekend consisted of three main events: The quick draw and the sunsetter on Friday, and the paint out on Saturday.

During the quick draw event on Friday, artists were given just three hours to paint in Glen Arbor, inspired by the theme of “Village Life.”

Visitors in town that day couldn’t walk down a sidewalk without passing a masterpiece in the making.
