Glen Lake football is gearing up for the 2025 season, eager to build on the success of a remarkable 2024 campaign that finished with a deep playoff run.
“We want to make sure we build a program, not just a team for a season,” Glen Lake coach Jesse Smith said.
Glen Lake is coming into the year eager after losing to state champion Beal City in a close MHSAA Div. 4 district final game, 21-14. The Lakers boasted a 9-2 record last season along with a Northern Michigan Football Conference Legacy Division championship.
