Northport Arts Association (NAA) is presenting a very special event celebrating its founding, visionary members. Who are founding members? They are the group of people that came together in 2013-2014, as the NAA received its 501(c)(3) status. They paved the way with their time, vision, dedication and passion to make the NAA what it is today.
The NAA board and members of today’s NAA would love to honor their contributions. As part of event, we have invited them to showcase their art, of any medium, in the NAA gallery exhibit entitled “The Originals: NAA Founders Showcase, A Retrospective of NAA’s Roots.”
An opening reception Saturday is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m., where we will recognize and celebrate our founders. This gathering is a tribute and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow artists and supporters.
