Sleeping Bear grief group organizes

A local nurse pratitioner, Amy Eady, is building the first gief movement group community on the Heritage Trail of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

“We are going to be hiking a different section each week so that we can get a good bulk of it done, and we meet together to do the dune climb hike as the final accumulation of what we’ve been doing,” Eady said.

The group starts Sept. 27 through November 15 and will meet at 9:30 a.m. in SBDNL.
