Noise ordinance needed

To the editor:

Glen Arbor needs a noise ordinance. I grew up in this small Glen Arbor community and learned that if you have a problem with a loud dog, booming music from a party, or a smoky fire, you talk to your neighbor.

Some people need laws, and until now, Glen Arbor’s residents and businesses have kept our town pleasant for everyone. We did not need a noise law, but now we do. I recently filed a complaint with Glen Arbor Township.
