Missing friend

To the editor:

A short while back my good friend Larry Reynolds from Omena passed. Larry was a U.S. marine, professor emeritus from CMU as well as a far left socialist. I am a USAF vet and pretty far right. Larry supported Sanders, Obama and Biden. I supported Reagan and Trump. We attended every Memorial and Veteran’s Day ceremony together. We had our different views but that never affected our friendship.
