7:54 a.m. — Elmwood Township — In front of apartment on Monday. Caller’s female, 60-pound Goldendoodle attacked another dog. Both were leashed. Bit caller’s dog on the neck and knocked her to the sidewalk.
10:25 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller received a letter that student loans were taken out in his name.
11:36 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller states there is a bunch of construction equipment at the intersection of E. Woolsey Lake and Northport Point roads. There were at least six construction and heavy equipment vehicles without any signage. A worker jumped out at caller and started screaming at them.
2:20 p.m. — Centerville Township — Caller lost her Air pods at Good Harbor Beach. Located it via Apple feature. Will be heading to the address where the air pods are showing. Would like law enforcement with her.
5:03 p.m. — Kasson Township — Black calf with white tip tail. Loose since yesterday. Possibly in Oviatt Road/Co. Rd. 669.
5:06 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller witness three vehicles exit a nearby address and stole some of his apples. He is concerned that possibly these people were also removing things from another property. Caller requests to speak with an officer.
6:36 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller is reporting illegal dumping of trash bags on her property. Neighbor has had issues in the past with dumping and some drug paraphernalia involved. Would like to speak with an officer.
6:42 p.m. — Bingham Township — White male walked by houses and was looking at docks.
11:36 p.m. — Bingham Township — White GMC. Driver given sobriety exercise. Arrested for operating while intoxicated.
Thursday, Aug. 21
12:59 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Dog barking constantly. Every day. All day. Believes people walking by are what’s setting them off.
3:30 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Male fell over and hit head.
5:15 p.m. — Leland Township — Lost key and bank bag.
6:42 p.m.— Empire Township — Caller hit a turkey and it went through her windshield. Does not need an ambulance. Black Chevy Silverado.
7:21 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Caller is hearing a cannon going off for about 10 minutes. It’s very loud. Would just like the area checked.
7:48 p.m. — Bingham Township — At around 7:45, there was a male screaming and someone yelled.
Friday, Aug. 22
10:18 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller just bought property and sees two persons there trying to remove her dock. Has no contracts. (Met with employees. They are making repairs. Law enforcement will call to confirm.)
11:22 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Scam.
1:37 p.m. — Kasson Township — Miniature collie, female, jumped out of car without caller’s knowledge. Owner not from here. Have it posted on Facebook. Others out looking as well.
5:07 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller is manager, reporting employee theft.
6:47 p.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller has seen a man standing on the side of the road, staring down cars as they are driving by. Looks threatening.
7:53 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller advised there was a drone flying over her house while she was tanning. Then it flew off.
9:17 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Guy outside of the building.
9:57 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller had a contractor that performed fencing work in June and did not complete the job. Homeowner had someone else complete the work. Today, the original contract came onto the property without permission and removed some fence paneling that are not his. Would like to speak with an officer.
12:13 p.m. — Bingham Township — Man walking in the roadway. Walking north. (Law enforcement met with the man. He’s fine and doesn’t desire any further contact.
2:23 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Caller can hear gun shots between the house and Jacobson Road. (Tribal officers listened in the area for 15 minutes and didn’t hear anything.)
3:06 p.m. — Solon Township — Caller in a red Tesla. A red GMC and a Mini-Cooper have parked within inches and are blocking caller in. (Owners arrived and moved them.)
5:45 p.m. — Bingham Township — Blue Subaru Forrester, northbound toward Suttons Bay. All over the road. Keeps stopping on the side of the roadway. Almost hit mailbox.
6:01 p.m. — Glen Arbor Township — Two to three Seadoos in shallow waters. Being loud and partying. Caller wanted law enforcement to be aware.
6:48 p.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Male in white T-shirt and black shorts highly intoxicated. Traveling southbound on Co. Rd. 633 riding a bike. Caller called back to say the subject is no longer of the bike and is currently sitting on picnic table.
9:42 p.m. —Suttons Bay Township — Disorderly person.
Saturday, Aug. 23
4 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller can see a light at the end of their driveway and it has been there for a while. Their dogs have also been barking at something outside.
5:23 a.m. — Leelanau Township — Caller says there’s glass in the road by her driveway. Thinks someone dumped their trash. There’s a glass bottle.
1:03 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Suspicious black truck at historic farm.
1:41 p.m. — Solon Township — Gray Ford truck all over the roadway.
9:52 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Be-on-the-lookout passed on from Grand Traverse County. White GMC truck all over the road.
Sunday, Aug. 24
4:08 a.m. — Suttons Bay Township — Woman heard her neighbors in what sounded like an argument. Would like it checked. (No signs of distress per law enforcement.)
Monday, Aug. 25
7:08 a.m. — Kasson Township — Blue BMW came up very fast behind caller and was driving “too fast for this early in the morning.”
8:28 a.m. — Bingham Township — Asked to keep an eye on the park across the street and call if anyone is parked overnight. Silver Toyota Matrix.
10:20 a.m.— Glen Arbor Township — Someone left a gold wedding band in the restroom.
10:47 a.m. — Elmwood Township — Someone showed up at caller’s front door and was walking around the house taking pictures.
1:56 p.m. — Leland Township — Miscellaneous juvenile activity.
2:07 p.m. — Solon Township — Caller has history of neighbor leaving stuff on his property. Caller wants to speak to deputy to ask what he should do.
7:58 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Caller is at the recycling enter in Elmwood. There are batteries in the bin.
