The 43rd Cedar Polka Fest was a success, with the local event seeing a record-breaking year in attendance, up 12-15%, according to preliminary results.
Polka Fest director Lisa Rossi-Brett expected attendance to be down after hearing about a decline in overall tourism.
“It’s so hard to judge,” she said.
