The Glen Lake Equestrian team struggled to put a team together, but eventually found three to represent the Lakers with Hailey Braden and Ella Frixen.
“There was a scramble to find a coach,” Glen Lake coach Kate Braden said. “I knew it fit my schedule to be a coach as my daughter was able to compete this year, and I knew I had two girls, I had my daughter (Hailey Braden), Ella Frixen andElise Gavelle.”
Braden knew there was debate on whether or not there was going to be a sophomore joining the team or if a French exchange student, Elise Gavelle, would.
