The Empire Area Community Center (EACC) will provide suicide prevention training this fall.
EACC will offer QPR training. QPR stands for questions, persuade and refer, three steps to help save a life from suicide.
During QPR training participants will learn how to recognized the warning signs of suicide; know how to offer hope; and know how to get help and save a life.
