County administrator Jim Dyer does not have a conflict of interest serving on the county Land Bank Authority(LBA) and Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (BRA).
However, changes may be coming for the county’s conflict of interest policy.
District 5 commissioner Alan Campbell is seeking changes which would better define the role of the administrator’s participation on these boards.
