Hailey Anderson also contributed six points, and six rebounds in the win.

Eagles decisive in 2024
Lake Leelanau St. Mary (8-1) had a swift and decisive victory over Kalkaska 58-27 on Friday night.
The Eagles defense was stout in the first half holding Kalkaska to four points, 29-4.
Eagle senior Delana Kirt was unstoppable with 18 points, and 12 rebounds. Leah Fleis also had herself a day with 16 points, and eight rebounds.
The Eagles had four other girls contribute five or more points: Mackenzie Schaub (5), Cathryn Mikowski (6), Kyla Barnowski (6), and Della Bunek (7) “The unsung hero of this squad is the play of Muriel Korson who is making the job of opposing guard very difficult. The way the defense is shutting teams down is initiated with the relentless pressure she applies up top. Korson handles the ball and plays great defense and way too often goes unrecognized as she is a consummate team player,” St. Mary coach Clint Couturier said.
