To the editor:
This is to the people that believe it’s “OK” to leave items outside the recycling bins… like office chairs, baby seats, Styrofoam, big boxes not broken down, lumber, rolls of wire … not to mention all kinds of trash not recyclable.
Why is it that some people do this?
