Congratulations to all St. Mary School elementary girls’ basketball teams on a great season that ended just before Christmas break.
St. Mary fielded three girls teams this year; a third and fourth grade combined team, a fifth-grade team and a sixthgrade team. All three teams came away with a winning season full of smiles, teamwork and fun.
Thank you, parents and St. Mary supporters, including coaches Joe Bardenhagen, Justina Maye Schaub, and Sarah and Peter Morio.
The third and fourth grade girls team ended the season as the 2023 Northwest Area Fourth Grade Girls Tournament Champions, defeating Glen Lake and the undefeated Onekema.
