Amanda Kruk director of Village Voices (VV) of Northport extends an invitation to join the loveliest choir for the winter concert.
Village Voices of Northport will have a combined concert with the Northport Community Band on Sunday, Nov. 30 at 2 p.m. this year. Rehearsals began Sept 30 (and it’s not too late to join) and continue on Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m in the Northport Public School music room.
“I’m excited to present three of Windborne’s arrangements from their recent album, ‘To Warm the Winter Hearth’ as part of VV’s winter program this year,” director Kruk said. “We also have some classic holiday favorites like ‘Little Saint Nick’ as done by the Beach Boys, a medley of wellknowns in ‘Christmas on Broadway,’ and an enchanting arrangement of ‘Hanukkah Hayom.’ And more! We can’t wait to get started and we hope you will join us in singing.”
