‘Give the guy a chance’

While I occasionally attend the Board of Commissioner meetings or watch them online, I am very appreciative of the coverage of these activities by the Enterprise. This past week’s coverage and editorial are very disturbing relative to the undermining of our new county administrator. It reminds me of what happened in 2010 to another new administrator who was undermined both internally and externally in trying to guide the county government. As our head corporate counsel, Peter Cohl, said publicly -“give the guy a chance” after the administrator being in office only three months.
