This absolutely spectacular fall weather seems to know no end — but I fear I may jinx us. Lots of people are taking advantage of this to either come to the Omena area, or take a trip elsewhere.
Brian and Sally Shapiro joined several thousand Indiana University fans from around the country at the IU – University of Oregon game last Saturday in Eugene, Oregon. They attended a huge pregame party for the IU fans who were there. While in Oregon, Brian and Sally stayed a few days in the Willamette Valley wine region to enjoy some wine tasting.
The IU – UO game was also attended by Rule family cousin Ed Hessel and Wendy Wright, who traveled from San Diego to attend. Oregon fans are also known to travel frequently to support da’ Ducks.
