Colby Connor, Landon Allen, Lauren Connor, and Anna Hogan, from left, participated in The Leland Comets Legacy Fund (LCLF) organized a golf scramble on Sunday, October 5, to benefit all athletic teams at Leland Public School. Hosted at the Leland Country Club, the event raised over $9,000 with 44 participants and numerous business sponsorships. The best team score of the day was achieved by Tim Zywicki, Chris Alpers, Jeremy Peplinski, and Ryan Huppert. LCLF plans to make this an annual event and is grateful for the support. Courtesy photo
