A revolving fund supporting maintenance of the county’s established drainage districts was approved this week by the county Board of Commissioners.
Drain commissioner Tim O’Non approached commissioners last week with his request to create the fund as required by the Michigan Drain Code.
The law states the board must establish the fund in October each year.
