Dyer does not violate policy

County administrator Jim Dyer did not violate county policy as it pertains to a grievance filed against him.

This was the message of a press release issued Tuesday by the county Board of Commissioners, prepared by the county’s corporate counsel.

“After a thorough investigation it was determined that a violation of county policy did not occur,” the release states. “The Board of Commissioners considers this matter closed.”
