Lakers celebrate cancer & senior night Friday
Glen Lake football dedicated Friday’s game against Grayling to those who were impacted by cancer with two special pregame ceremonies and wearing special jerseys with a cancer ribbon representing a cancer type that was meaningful to them.
In the pregame ceremony, the players walked out with signs to honor loved ones that inspire them to compete. The team had 16 different types of cancers represented to remind everyone how cancer can hit every family.
