Leelanau, Grand Traverse and Benzie counties are developing a Materials Management Plan — MMP (previously solid waste management plan) as required by the New State of Michigan Part 115 Rules.
These three counties are developing a Tri-County Plan to prioritize sustainable practices like recycling and composting.
