Trick or treating Friday will begin on the first floor of the county government center, from 3 to 5 p.m. There will be crafts, games, cider and donuts.
About the same time, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Leelanau Community Church will host Hallelujah Night, with candy, games, good and prizes. There will be fall food and fun for the whole family, including a chili cook-off, and a bounce house.
The church is located at 245 S. Lake Leelanau Dr., in Lake Leelanau. On Friday and Saturday, the Grand Traverse Lighthouse will host its annual Lighthouse Halloween Landern-lit walk, from 6 to 8 p.m.
