EACC expands outreach

The Empire Area Community Center (EACC) is expanding its outreach through a “Basic Needs Initiative.”

To meet increasing community need due to the loss of both SNAP funding and federal employment, the EACC has introduced an effort to bolster support of local communityimpact organizations.

Funds will be distributed to local organizations including: The Empire Area Food Pantry, Empire Paper Pantry and The Folded Leaf Pantry.
