Hourly workers — full and part-time— will have a little more green in their wallets after action this week by the Suttons Bay School Board of Education.
The board voted unanimously Monday night to approve onetime, off-schedule stipends to retain employees.
“As part of the FY26 State budget, the district is able to utilize a portion of our 31a funding to help retain staff,” Superintendent Casey Petz said.
