Greetings Suttons Bay Community,
What a magical weekend in the Village! Holiday in the Village brought out the very best of Suttons Bay — smiling families, sparkling lights, the smell of hot chocolate in the air, and a wonderful hometown welcome for Santa and Mrs. Claus.
This event would not have been possible without the generosity, creativity, and community spirit of so many people and businesses. We are truly grateful for every helping hand and every warm heart that made this annual tradition unforgettable.
A very special thank you to:
- The Bay Theatre For hosting The Polar Express movie and creating an incredible backdrop for Santa and Mrs. Claus. Your hospitality set the perfect holiday tone for the night. Plus, the festive music on the streets was a great touch.
- Suttons Bay Bingham Fire Department & Josh Porter For delivering Santa and Mrs. Claus safely to the Village on the fire truck — a moment the kids (and adults!) won’t forget.
- Cris Porter & Josh Porter For setting up the beautiful vintage fire truck display.
- Michael Campbell from Murdick’s Fudge For coordinating Santa’s visit and lighting up the Christmas tree — your attention to detail and festive spirit helped make the magic come alive.
- Bahle’s For coordinating Santa Letters and the Mailbox to the North Pole — a cherished tradition for so many families.
- Northern Latitudes Distillery For generously donating all the hot chocolate served by NHS — it warmed hands and hearts all evening.
- Forget-Me-Not Florist For the stunning décor on the light poles and phone booth, adding so much holiday charm to the Village.
- Lee Millns from Ride Leelanau for setting up the tent to protect the sound system
- Your Suttons Bay Chamber Board for all of their planning and preparations
