Glen Arbor kicked off the holidays with tree lighting and caroling in the village Friday led by Glen Lake Church.
That same evening shoppers were able to scout out the holiday marketplace, which officially opened Saturday morning. More than 25 local artists and makers were featured.
Santa and Mrs. Claus wrapped up their peninsula stops and visited children anxious to share their Christmas list with the Jolly Ole Elf and Mrs. Claus too.
