Time capsule missing

A time capsule from 1975 placed inside the Norris Elementary school bell is missing.

Elmwood Township Supervisor Jeff Shaw has been receiving emails about a missing time capsule, meant to be opened in 2025.

“I’ve had a couple different people email about that,” Shaw said. “They said they went to school there and there have been a couple of people that have talked about it.”
