An addendum to the contract between Suttons Bay Public Schools and the Suttons Bay Education Association (SBEA) was adopted this week by the Suttons Bay Board of Education.
The board voted unanimously to approve a memo of understanding with the teacher’s union to steps and salaries for the 2025-2026 school year and 2026-2027.
The action includes a $1,200 on schedule during the current school year, plus $800 off schedule and one step is added to the end of the salary schedule that is 2% higher than the previous salary schedule.
