Elmwood Township adopts budget for 2026, 5% raises

Across-the-board 5% raises are included in the Elmwood Township 2026 budget, approved this week.

Unlike most other townships whose budget years run from April 1 through March 31, Elmwood, a charter township, has a fiscal year that runs with the calendar.

The township board anticipates revenue of $1,553,075, up $306,876, up from the current budget year.
