9:08 p.m. — Elmwood Township — Westbound from Bugai, SUV swerved into the passing lane. Unable to get a plate.
9:31 p.m. — Cleveland Township — Found individual with the phone. She didn’t know she sent a text and believes her phone is being hacked.

Noon — Centerville Township — Someone drove through caller’s split rail fence. Tracks lead back to the road.
