To the editor:
Regarding the continuing discussion about Youth for Christ hoping to have a clubhouse in Leland: When my kids were students in Leland, they would have enjoyed having a space to hang out in after school, much like LIFT offers in Suttons Bay.
Note to parents: the disputed location used to be a distillery. I didn’t want my kids going to the distillery, so I didn’t take them there. If you don’t want your kids going to Youth for Christ, then don’t take them there.
