Leland boys basketball took out Buckley in a conference match-up a 52-40 win.
“Buckley was another physical Northwest Conference match-up,” Leland coach Ryan Knudsen said. “We unfortunately got into foul trouble early in the game and struggled to get into a rhythm.”
Leland junior Hayden VanSteenhouse got the Comets on the board first, and their defense held strong until a foul, which Buckley was able to score.
