A 16-3 third quarter dominated by Glen Lake girls basketball (5-2) led the Lakers to a critical Northwest Conference win, 40-27 over Frankfort (4-3).
“We’ve had two big wins this week against two tough conference teams,” Glen Lake coach Brad Fosmore said.
The Lakers defeated Onekama 49-35 last Tuesday.
