The Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld a ruling of the Glen Arbor Township Zoning Board of Appeals.
In a nine-page decision issued Monday, the Court of Appeals supported a 2021 decision involving property in the agricultural district.
That year, Richard V. and Julia A. Connell, applied for a variance for 2.25 acres of property in the ag zone, which has a 3-acre minimum.
