A contract for asbestos removal from the former middle school building was approved by the Suttons Bay Board of Education this week.
The school board voted unanimously during Monday’s regular meeting to hire Certified Abatement Services, Inc. for asbestos abatement at the site of the former middle school/ gymnasium scheduled for demolition later this year.
