Winterfest, the anticipated, fun mid-winter event takes place annually at Boonedocks Restaurant in Glen Arbor Saturday, Feb. 14 from noon to 3 p.m.
Winners will be crowned as the event wraps up around 3pm. Proceeds from this event are given out on senior scholarship night at Glen Lake School, to deserving students to help defray college tuition. This is a family friendly event, just be sure to dress for the weather.
Admission to the chili cookoff is $15 per person (ages 6 and up), which includes unlimited chili samples. Seniors 70+ and kids under 6 enter for free.
