The Glen Lake Jazz Combo is returning from the 53rd Annual Central Michigan University Jazz Festival with high mark.
“We were represented very well. We got the chance to hear other bands and the judges had really good things to see,” Glen Lake band director Elaina Abarrak said. “I’m incredibly proud of everyone.”
Under the direction of Abarrak, the group delivered a strong performance that reflected the growth and dedication of Glen Lake’s student musicians. The Jazz combo was supported by fellow band members and community supporters in attendance, creating an encouraging and memorable experience for the performers.
