Lake Leelanau senior Mackenzie Schaub stepped up for the Eagles to defeat Traverse City Christian 48-47 last Thursday, Feb. 14.
Schaub scored 23 points, had two steals and 12 rebounds. Adrienne Schaub had 13 points and seven steals, while Bridget Kohler had two points and eight rebounds.
The day prior, Wednesday, Feb. 4, the Eagles defeated Suttons Bay 35-25 as Mackenzie Schaub had 14 points, five steals and 14 rebounds.
