Doula services are most known for beginning-of-life services.
But in recent years, those same doulas have moved to end-of-life services or both as the northern Michigan population grows older.
End of Life Doulas & Senior Services (EOL) is a non-profit designed to meet the “rapid change for epic demand” in the region’s growing senior population, according to EOL executive director Sue Papajesk said.
