The Leelanau School is opening the doors to a newly upgraded auditorium designed to serve not only students but the wider Leelanau County community.
The school held a preview of the space this week, demonstrating new lighting, sound, and projection technology and outlined plans to make the venue available to reserve and use for performances, lectures, and other community events.
The demonstration included a clip from the movie “Wicked” to showcase the auditorium’s new surround sound system, followed by a live monologue performance by Jean Jenkins of the Glen Arbor Players.
